Return Policy

At Leochoice, we strive to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that you have a hassle-free return process.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. You can email us at Leochoiceofficial@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request along with a screenshot of the order if necessary. Orders can be canceled and refunded prior to shipment. A notice of cancellation will be sent to you via email.


  1. Leochoice's Service Responsibility: If we are responsible for the issue, we will allow a return for a refund or an exchange. If the item is faulty, not delivered within time, or damaged during transport, we will pay for the return shipping fee, and no restocking fee will be charged to you. To initiate the return, please email or call us to provide your return order number. We will offer you a return label, and once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund to you.
  2. Customer's Responsibility: If you have ordered an incorrect product, we can allow a return, but you will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If you choose a refund, we will partially refund the original product price. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate the return process, contact our Support Team and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive the product, we will fully refund you or send you another item. All notifications, including shipping and refund, will be sent to your email box. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
